This is Brickipedia's requests for adminship page, on which any user may request administrator rights. Administrators have many technical abilities that are used for the maintenance and upkeep of Brickipedia, and a full list of all of the user rights that they have access to can be found at Special:ListGroupRights.

While being an administrator may seem "fun" or "cool", you should consider whether or not you actually have a use for sysop rights before filing a request. Administrators should be active users on Brickipedia with a few thousand contributions who have a good understanding of policies and community discussions here. While being an administrator is not a big deal, it is a significant time commitment, and takes a lot of work. If you are considering nominating yourself for adminship, please read through the checklist to make sure that you meet the criteria.

Requests made on this page are a vote, meaning that if they achieve at least 80% support then they will be closed as successful. Opposers must provide reasons for opposing. All request will last a minimum of two weeks.

If a user has been nominated for adminship before, add 2 to the end of the topic header. For users with multiple requests, add the respective number of the request. It is also considered good practice to link to previous requests for rights when nominating a user.

Darth henry has been here a long time, and has matured considerably. He can definitely be trusted with the tools, and we are in dire need of more active admins. The addition of the tools would be of great benefit to him, and he certainly has the potential to take over the world do good for the wiki with the abilities these rights would give him.
What Dh has to say:
I feel I have been here for a good bit and learned the ropes per say. I am confident I would not overstep my boundaries and would ask other admins before doing anything big. My personality would not change if this nomination passes, I would just become a bit more careful. My activity will just increase with these rights. Since my last nom I have realized that these rights don't make admins better than everyone else but instead are a tool box.

I've been here for a while now, I've grown old, and possessed many new talents on Bricki, and made many new friends. I've requested adminship because I'm very active, I do need to use the tools to delete, block users, close forums, give rights to respected users and so forth. I have good credentials, BoTM, CoTM, chat mod, patroller and rollbacker, aswell as a forum moderator. I've been told often by users that I'm very mature, and good at solving problems. I've changed a heck load since I joined, and I have learnt the ways of the wiki, and we are in need of more active admins, and I haven't missed a day for quite a long time. I hope you consider me as admin material. I have over 7,000 edits here, and I'm quite unhappy to say however, it doesn't include much mainspace, But I'm working on getting to my goal of 3,000 mainspace. Thanks - Czech

  1. (not that this vote matters at all, anyway) Not at all convinced that in the short time between his last nom, he's suddenly turned into a mature user. Haven't really had any problems with him lately (except for asking people for their age, which is against ToU), but I can't say I'd trust a user with admin rights after certain things they did around the time of their last nom, which wasn't that long ago. Right well here goes... I have been on here for about one and a half years now, I'm very active, I have 18,747 edits and the number just goes up, I'm very experienced here, I know the rules, I know how to correctly use admin rights from the help of the various wiki's I have made, Blocking should be used as a last resort and you should always warn users if they do something wrong, deleting should only be used for deleting spam or inappropriate pages (we do get quite a bit of these), I know people will oppose because of the incidences that have happened in the past involving me but I think I have matured since then.Clone gunner commander jedi talk

  8. I have nominated this user several times and I regret not doing it this time. Our images of the admins have changed, we do think of them more of the side of being able to control us and dictating our every move. But it is just an extension to editing rights, and no one needs them more than Clone. He must of added half our images here, he gets us all new information and rarely stops editing. But apart from that, he's a great friend, he's mostly on chat and will always be ready to help new editors get started. He is my best friend on this wiki and probably the most deserving non admin of these rights. - Zero
