The Minifigure Language, also known as "stud standard", consists of 26 written letters, in correspondance with the Humans' English alphabet. The letters are formed by bricks with an accorded amount of studs, and texts are written from left to right (although there have been examples of up to down writting). No way of pronounciation is known; however, knowing that in LEGO videogames minifigs talk with grunts, it is possible that this is the pronunciation of each letter.
Trivia
In a particular cutscene of Lego Star Wars III, Anakin Skywalker says something that resembles "Hello, are you there, what are you gonna do? I don't even know her-" and the rest are usual grunts.
