10517 My First Garden is a DUPLO Ville set released in 2013.
Description[edit | edit source]
The set comes in a box, with a lid forming a large, green base plate for DUPLO construction. The suggested models on the front of the box consist of several objects with a garden theme, such as a small garden with a shed, a horse, a goat, hay, and a basket of apples. The garden consists of an apple tree, a white picket fence, a small shed with a door, and a pitchfork leaning up against the wall. The rest of the models are fairly simple, and consists of only one or two pieces. One DUPLO Figure is also included. The figure is in typical 2013 style, and is molded in such a way as to suggest a farmer or person in gardening clothes. The figure dons printing on his torso that suggests overalls, and some more, minor printing on his head that entails a smiling face. The figure also wears a green cap.
