3354 Gordon's Express is a 2007 Thomas & Friends set. It contains 13 pieces and includes Gordon and his carriage.
Description[edit | edit source]
The set consists of a single model, that of Gordon, along with his train car. Gordon contains a blue colourscheme, along with red accents on various parts of the engine casings. Eight blue train-style wheels are featured on the bottom of the train, and unlike many modern-day Trains sets, are not disconnectable. On the front of the boiler, above the wheels, is featured a grey face, that of Gordon. The face features a happy expression, featuring a molded nose, printed eyes and teeth, and rounded cheeks. Above the face is located a short smokestack. Behind the boiler is located a train cab, which is closed and not able to admit a DUPLO Figure, which are not included anyways. In front of the cab, on top of the boiler, is molded a small bell construction. No bell, however, is included. Behind Gordon's main body is located a separate coal car, which he pulls behind him. It is coloured mainly blue, with a black brick on top to represent coal. A red-and-gold "4" is printed on it, denoting Gordon's number, 4. Behind the coal car is featured a passenger car. It is coloured grey on the bottom, with a layer of brown above that, and a tan top. The top piece contains printing of elements such as windows and doors, although they are nonfunctional and do not admit entry into the train car. The car itself is solid, and no figures may ride inside.
