42038 Arctic Truck is a TECHNIC set released in 2015. The set also has instructions for a tracked pickup truck.

The truck has a two-way gearbox which allows switching between:
- operating the tipper tray
- moving the crane arm up and down
The crane is rotated by hand and has a string which is operated manually. It also has four separate tracks, all of which have suspension. The truck also has steering in the front set of tracks, operated manually by a bezel gear and working doors in the cabin.
The set includes instructions for adding Power Functions to operate the crane arm and tipper tray.
