6898 Ice-Sat V is an Ice Planet 2002 set released in 1993. It contains an eight-wheeled transporter erector launcher with a rocket, a satellite, and an astronaut.

Description[edit | edit source]

The transporter erector launcher carries a rocket on its back and can elevate it to a firing position via a hinge plate. It is also equipped with an magnet arm to unload the large missile. The satellite/probe can be attached to the tip of the rocket.

The rocket and its satellite are identical to the ones included in 6983 Ice Station Odyssey and 6973 Deep Freeze Defender.
This is one of two sets in which Part:2462 is blue.
This is one of two sets in which Part:2582 is trans neon orange.
This is one of three set in which Part:2483 is trans neon orange.
