76045 Kryptonite Interception is a set based on Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice which was released on January 1, 2016. The set contains the Batmobile and a LexCorp forklift. Batman and two LexCorp Henchmen are included as minfigures.
Description[edit | edit source]
The Batmobile consists of black parts along with some metallic and light grey details. One the hood, it features a shield piece from Nexo Knights and has two stud shooters facing forward. The windscreen is two new pieces that are exclusive to this set and 76046. The windscreen is connected by a technic pin with pin hole into two blue axle pieces. Allowing the two sides to open in a 'V' shape. The fins in the back are on hinges and can be angled differently.
The LexCorp forklift is mainly dark green. It features two flick missiles, and a working forklift (via white rubber band). The roll cage also pops off. The forklift holds a palette of three samples of kryptonite, it can be moved on and off the forklift's platform. A stud shooter rifle (stud shooter weapon with telescope piece attachment) and new metallic batarangs are also included as accessories.
"Kryptonite Interception" has two instruction manuals and a 'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice' themed comic book.

Open the doors of the Batmobile and attack with Batman’s silver Batarang. Explode the Kryptonite from the forklift and dodge shots from the Henchman’s bazooka. Can Batman™ escape with the toxic cargo?
