Biff Starling is an "astrobot" (astronaut-robot) Space minifigure. He appeared in the set 3929 Astrobot Biff and was given away at the 2002 World Space Congress and the 5th International Robot Olympiad 2003, along with Sandy Moondust. He wears a space suit, and a helmet with a gold visor.

- Pictures of Biff and Sandy were launched into space with the Mars Exploration Rovers Spirit and Opportunity, respectively.
- There was another minifigure with the name Biff, an astronaut that appeared in 4850307 LEGO Battles, but Biff Starling has no relation to that minifigure.
