As a non-profit organisation, Brickimedia only relies on two sources of income—donations and ad revenue, also known as advertisements. You will see advertisements, or ads, on the splash page, and on the wikis. There will only be one or two advertisements. Brickimedia uses as few advertisements across the site as possible while still being able to produce an income, due to the fact that the quality of the content and how it is delivered is a higher priority than revenue.
