Here are the newly found descriptions:

Oh whoops, sorry Soup, just saw that you did try to (had to fix it because it was messing too much up). But yeah, what Brikkyy said, just add five tildes after time, and ignore/delete the day/month/year part- that's just there for if you need to manually put that in (which hardly ever happens these days)
