Continuing on from the Elves video, LEGO has released the fourth episode of the BIONICLE web series. The new episode is called "The Protectors Fight Back" (click the episode name to watch)

Spoiler warning: Plot or ending details follow.

The video is oddly titled, considering only one Protector does any fighting while frontman Tahu is sent running for the hills. And if fearless Tahu being scared of a few Skull Spiders isn't enough, the episode ends by cutting to black right as Tahu reaches for his precious golden mask.

Even less well thought out? The ninjago show is one of the best things to come out of LEGO since the original BIONICLE.

The show is low quality compared to everything else out there, but when compared to LEGO's previous works it's gold.

Also, the first 5 or so episodes weren't as good. It got really good towards the end.

Cartoons in general are pretty low quality these days.

Of course the only episodes of Ninjago I have seen are the first five, but they didn't give me any desire to keep watching. Maybe I'll try again someday, but I don't want to waste my time either. :/

@CJC: So did I. Then I watched it. They were wrong :P

@Berrybrick: Ninjago did pick up after a while- I bought the season 1 DVD not long ago (it was on a clearance) and I couldn't get through the first episode, but I can't wait for the next episode of the current season (sure, there are kiddy-like parts still and it's far from the greatest show in the world, but the story and script in general these days is much better. Definitely a million times better than those horrible pilot episodes anyway)

Am I the only one that likes Season 1/pilot season/whatever you wanna call it? I thought the world was more interesting and not too, well, stupid for me. Same with the plots. I'm a fan of campy a lot of the times, but Ninjago just doesn't do it. It's gotten worse the farther it's gone, in my opinion. I've only seen a few episodes of Season 4/3, and I can say, it's a bit of the dog crap.

I think the BIONICLE episode was nice. You don't need to expect that everything has to be animation quality, perfect and so on. I wish people could just deal with it ...

Also for the voice acting: C'mon. Give him a chance. He isn't that bad.

Ninjago is easily the best children's TV show I've ever seen. Awesome characters, good plot, nice action, in general, good stuff.

The LEGO Movie is the best movie of 2014, hands down.

Bionicle, so far, appears to have awful story, and even worse voice acting! Even the Yoda Chronicles are better!

My opinion is probably not shared by the majority of people here..

To each their own, and again, I haven't seen much of it, but how much "children's TV" have you seen since you were a child? :P
