Following up on LEGO's previous two animated DC Super Heroes specials, LEGO DC Comics: Batman Be-Leaguered and LEGO DC Comics: Justice League vs. Bizarro League, another DC special with a very long title has been announced.

Today, a trailer was released online for LEGO DC Comics Super Heroes - Justice League: Attack of the Legion of Doom!, LEGO's newest DC special. The premise involves Lex Luthor leading the Legion of Doom to steal advanced alien weaponary from the top-secret Area 52, which of course means that the LEGO Justice League must work together to stop them. In addition to the trailer, sources including IGN are reporting that Mark Hamill is set to reprise is role as The Trickster, a character which he played in the 1990 The Flash series, later playing it again Justice League Unlimited and the the 2014 The Flash series. Mark Hamill will also voice Sinestro. Troy Baker, meanwhile, will be voicing Batman, as he has before in other LEGO media. Further voice cast information can be found at the IGN report linked above.

Finally, there's the matter of the exclusive minifigure likely to be included with the DVD. Right now, there is no official confirmation. Many are speculating, however, that it is The Trickster. Not only is a physical version of the character getting released in an unknown product sometime in the future, but it would make sense that LEGO and/or DC would like to celebrate Mark Hamill returning to the role in such a way.
