Brickipedia News:LEGO DC Comics special coming to US televisions

Though the special, entitled Batman Be-Leaguered seems to have aired in the UK already, soon we Americans can watch the latest LEGO special on Cartoon Network. Based on DC Comics properties, it naturally follows Batman as he saves the Justice League (except Green Lantern, who seems to be absent) from kidnappers. The animation style resembles that of Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu and Legends of Chima: The Animated Series. If nothing else, the special seems to provide an early look at parts of next year's sets, such as the bat-sub in 76027 Black Manta Deep Sea Strike. LEGO DC Comics: Batman Be-Leaguered will play on Cartoon Network on October 27th in the US. Check your local listings for time, and don't forget about LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham releasing this November.
