Brickipedia News:LEGO Doctor Who and WALL-E sets coming

LEGO Ideas today announced two more sets have passed review - WALL-E and Doctor Who. More details on the sets will be released later this year. It was not all good news, as other sets in the second 2014 review - the Invisible Hand, X-Mansion, Lightsabers, UCS AT-AT, Assault on Wayne Manor, Ghostbusters HQ and the Hubble Space Telescope - have all been rejected.

No lightsabers? Honestly I thought that one would have been good. The others didn't have a hope, except for maybe the Hubble telescope, but that's not something I'd be interested in buying anyway. Hope the Doctor Who set isn't just the 12th Doctor (because I hated that latest season).

I think if "Birds" hadn't made the cut, the lightsabers would have gotten through. LEGO Ideas does not like to have more than one display set out at a time seems.
