I've seen some more accurate-looking Minecraft tools for LEGO at places like BrickFair. These ones in particular are pretty nice, and I've seen them in the colours for each type of tool in the game (wood, stone, iron, gold, diamond).

It's a combination of the weird sorta megablok-y pickaxe and his expression, which just looks borderline psychotic somehow.
