DC Comics, also known as Detective Comics or simply DC, is mainly a comic book publishing company, but also works in the film, video game, and television industry. It is owned by Warner Bros., a successful film industry. LEGO has created two themes based on comics and movies that they made, starting with Batman which ran from 2006 to 2008 and then DC Universe in 2012 which also included Superman, Wonder Woman, and Green Lantern characters, in addition to Batman.
