Background
Floyd Lawton, A.K.A Deadshot, is a mercernary and a member of the Suicide Squad. He is also an enemy of Batman. He originally attempted to replace Batman as Gotham City's vigilante protector, until Batman revealed that Floyd was really addressing petty crimes while trying to draw attention away from bigger crimes. Batman then entered his mansion and sabotaged his bullets so that when they faced each other, Deadshot was confused as to how Batman was still alive because he "never misses". Deadshot has since faced Batman and other heroes in and out of the Suicide Squad.
