The Riddler, aka Edward Nigma, is a villain in the DC Universe. However, in the DC Antiverse, a terrible accident involving The Joker caused him to go mad, along with Batman/Bruce Wayne. Nigma later became Powerman, the enemy of Wayne.
Bruce Wayne
After the accident, Wayne went mad and became a villain. He took a WayneTech flying surfboard and fought Powerman. After Wayne's defeat, he crashed but lived. Meanwhile, Powerman had to fight The Joker and the new Riddler, which was a Joker goon that was altered by the Joker. After their defeat, Wayne became the new Riddler.
