About

Description

Created a few years ago, The Water Dragon goes beside my chunkier Fire Dragon and the practically broken Light Dragon, standing as my personal favorite.

Let's start with the head. The head includes funky car-mirror eyes and loose ears, for a start. The mouth includes some teeth, formed in just the right way to make it either cute or menacing, and some loose skin at the back of the mouth.

Instead of two wings, this dragon uses one fin to help it swim underwater. The front claws, useful for tasks like digging and fighting, once had to be repaired and still show some robotic remains on them. The back feet are stronger in muscle size to hold up the dragon on two legs for a short amount of time and as main propellers in swimming. Finally, the three-fin tail, which works with the legs in swimming, is also used as a good-sized weapon on intruders.

Background

The Water Dragon was born as a protector to the waters. Around 100 years from its birth, it was attacked by the Fire Dragon. The wages of fire and water battled, as fire represented destruction and death and water represented restoration and life. After an extremely long time, the battle was called off after the Water Dragon lost its front claws and the fire dragon lost its wings.

A legend goes on to say that a fellow minifigure was on the beach when he approached the dragon. he saw the front claws were now very stubby, and called his friends to help repair them. After the repair, the Water Dragon supposedly gave thanks by giving the minifigure eternal life and the power to breathe in water.
