Brickimedia, as a whole, has not gotten much traffic or attention. One main reason, I'd say, is because it doesn't have enough to offer. It's pretty good as it is, but there's not much entertainment besides chat. A lot of ideas for entertainment on this wiki could be unproductive. But, this idea I'm about to propose could give this wiki that. I think we should move the Wikia LEGO Uncyclopedia here to Brickimedia. This won't be hard to move, as most/all users there are Brickimedia users. Plus, it's not that large or active of a wiki, so Wikia won't get mad if we delete the old version. Moving the wiki will also not do any damage to Brickimedia. For the URL, I would want it to be something along the lines ofː un.brickimedia.org. Also, many templates in the wiki link to the Wikia Brickipedia, which would have to be changed. Lots more will have to be discussed about this, but hopefully, this will help the internet see us as funnier, more eccentric people. --Awesomeknight

  1. I'd rather see our wikis with meaningful content succeed before we try operating wikis with "joke" content. --ToaMeiko (talk) 20:30, 27 June 2014 (UTC)
  2. Propose rename to "Forum:Another project that will go inactive within a week". CJC95 (talk) 20:57, 27 June 2014 (UTC)
True. Most wikis don't have any activity, and this wiki, like all the others, will probably not be as active. --Knight

  4. Seems kinda pointless, but I've never really understood uncyclopedias NovaHawk 23:16, 27 June 2014 (UTC)

Comments[edit | edit source]

  • Also, if this was to happen, would there actually be anything at the Wikia one *worth* moving over? CJC95 (talk) 21:24, 27 June 2014 (UTC)
    • There certainly would. There's 51 pages already, and most of them are funny. --Knight
  • I've decided to end this, actually. I still think Uncyclopedia could be a good addition someday, but I think we might have to wait a while until the traffic and editing here gets better, which might take a year or so, unless we learn to edit more now. --Knight
