The Highway Maintenance Worker was a Town minifigure released in 1982.

The Highway Maintenance Worker has a white Police hat and the regular, smiling face. His legs are completely blue, with his torso seeming to be divided with a zipper. One line (possibly representing a pocket) is on his right side, and a highway symbol is on his left.
