In LEGO Adventures! Magazine, Issue 8, Highway Patrolman Bill intercepted The Brickster outside of a bank as he was escaping. However, The Brickster ran away.
In LEGO Adventures! Magazine, Issue 10, Highway Patrolman Bill had the Extreme Team (Daredevil Tom, Jimmy Brave, and Fearless McCoy) steal a gold bar from the LEGO city reserves as part of a test.
In LEGO Adventures! Magazine Issue 11, Highway Patrolman Bill chased after The Brickster, who had just stolen a construction vehicle from Builder Pete. He captures The Brickster after the aforementioned runs into a maze and becomes trapped.
In LEGO Adventures! Magazine, Issue 15, Highway Patrolman Bill captured The Brickster after he was discovered to be hiding in a barrel.
