Part 2546 is a parrot. Usually used in sets involving Pirates, it was also used as a statue in the Harry Potter set 4753 Sirius Black's Escape. The concept of using an animal piece as a statue is revisited in the Indiana Jones set 7623 Temple Escape, where dark-gray coloured baby Tyrannosaurus rex pieces are turned upside-down to resemble statues of faces.
