Part 3063, the 2X2 Curve Brick is a part that was first introduced in 1957. Anything that requires a curve in an area uses this brick. Many colours are available. It's LEGO Digital Designer name is "Curved Brick 2 Knobs".

Starting in 2008, it was phased out in favour of 85080 which has extra supports inside. It is often referred to as a "macaroni brick" due to its shape.
