Psyclone is an Ultra Agents minifigure released in 2014.
Description[edit | edit source]
Psyclone is mainly brick yellow, but has dark stone grey hips and hands. His torso has various dark blue and copper printings, including one on his lower torso that resembles a fan. He wears an earth blue helmet that has grey tubes going around it and hanging off the front. He also wears helicopter blades on his back, which are connected similarly to Doc Ock's arms.

Psyclone is a weathercaster that wants to destroy Astor City. He developed the Hurricane Mech, which took 20 years. [source?] The Hurricane Mech is designed to create tornadoes and suck up money.
