Stripy is a character off the Cosgrove Hall show "Little Robots". He appeared in two sets only. He loves his teddy, though in the episode "Where's Teddy?", he goes missing, so all the Little Robots have to find the Teddy and bring him back to his owner. Stripy is seen crying, for example when he loses his teddy, he is crying.
