From what I have gleaned from EB conversations, the USM Electro started out as the classic version, but transforms into the ultimate one later into the episode, which, from what I understand, is a feature of the video game one. I guess he could have a comic book background, but I don't think it is absolutely necessary. Berrybrick (talk) 22:51, 5 July 2014 (UTC)

Oh, fair enough :) I think there's Electro (Ultimate) and Electro (Classic), but I don't know whether they can transform, I'll have to check that when I can NovaHawk 22:56, 5 July 2014 (UTC)
