Shaggy Rogers is a Scooby-Doo minifigure released in 2015. Shaggy is one of the five members of "the gang", thus making him one of the main characters of the theme. He apears in six sets.

In 75900 Mummy Museum Mystery and 75901 Plane Chase Escape, Shaggy has dirty blond shaggy hair. He has a light nougat head. He has thick curved reddish brown eyebrows over his black eyes with white pupils. Under his eyes he has nougat bags. His default expression is a closed smiling mouth. Under his mouth he has a nougat chin and a goatee resembled by several black lines. His alternative expression is a open mouth scared face, it shows him gnashing his white teeth. Shaggy's torso portrays him wearing a bright yellowish green v-neck, above the "V" part his light nougat skin is showing. In the centre of Shaggy's torso there's two earth green lines to show the creasings in the top. The back of his torso has two earth green creasings as well. The top of Shaggy's arms are bright yellowish green to resemble his sleeves. The bottom part of his arms and his hands are light nougat. Shaggy's legs are dark red.

Norville Rogers, commonly referred to as Shaggy, and his four best friends are part of the gang (himself, Daphne, Fred, Scooby-Doo, and Velma Dinkley), together they solve mysteries and foil the plans of crooks who dress up as monsters to achieve their naughty plots. Shaggy will usually be close to villain when Scooby finds him, and the mystery begins. Shaggy at first is not willing to solve the mystery, but stays anyway. Shaggy and Scooby will usually get chased by the villain and get lost. When they get lost, they may find a clue or a kitchen, in the kitchen they will find a clue after eating. Like Daphne and Scooby he merely helps out in the trap to capture the monster and doesn't think of them. When the monster is revealed to be a human, Shaggy may give some exposition on why the person dressed up as that monster and did what they did.
Shaggy loves eating he loves all foods but his favorites are tall sandwiches with many different layers, which he occasionally calls a "Shaggy Snack". Scooby constantly eats Shaggy's food to Shaggy's dismay, to get revenge at Scooby Shaggy ate one of Scooby's Scooby Snax and ended up quite liking the taste of the dog treat. Shaggy also is a great ventriloquist and is able to throw his voice, he is also a skilled gymnast and has good swinging skills. Shaggy hates all monsters, ghosts and ghouls - he is scared by every type!
