8974 Tarduk is a BIONICLE set released in January 2009. Included are 17 pieces. He is a member of the Agori of the jungle tribe. He's a strong and agile Agori with spikes on his shoulders and massive claws to survive in the hostile jungle, and to dig up artifacts. His helmet's three spikes are long, measuring as long as the body itself when already on Tarduk's head.
Description
Tarduk uses old pieces, only having two new pieces: the head and the helmet. The new head is orange and transluscent and blue eyes, similar to a shadow Matoran's. The big difference from the other sets from 2001 - 2008 is that the helmet is attached to the top of the head and not to the mouth.
Background
Tarduk walks on all fours, usually doing so most of the time. He uses his claws to dig up artifacts. Tarduk is an Agori from the planet of Bara Magna. In battle, he defends the jungle tribe's Glatorian, Gresh.
