This page tracks planned deployments of software and projects to the Brickimedia servers.
- Scheduling
- To schedule a deployment, or if you see a potential conflict with an upcoming deployment, please email George Barnick (or catch him on IRC, his nick is Meiko).
- Inclusion criteria
- The threshold at which something must be scheduled on this calendar is defined as:
- MediaWiki code updates
- Anything going into BetaFeatures
- Anything going out of BetaFeatures (i.e. will now be included in User Preferences, or as a user-default)
- new extension (either global or per wiki)
- big default behavior changes
- large schema change
- anything requiring an outage/read-only
- anything with a high likelihood of breakage
- e.g. changes that affect load characteristics substantially or in unknown ways, such as performance
- backend software updates (e.g. PHP, MariaDB, etc)
- Deployment groups
- If an extension is to be deployed to all projects, it will normally be done in groups. 'group0' refers to all the Brickipedias, 'group1' is Meta and LEGO CUUSOO Wiki, and 'group2' contains Stories and Customs.
