Banning Policy

If a user is breaking rules on the IRC, as some often do, the following procedure should be followed:

1. First, devoice and warn the user.
2. Second, if they continue, devirce and warn them again.
3. Third, kick them with the message (last chance)
4. Fourth, kick and ban them. Put the banned user's IP or cloak in the List of banned IPs.
5. Fifth, unban them after one day.

All warnings should be managed on Offenders Board
