Brickipedia:Infobox colour proposals

Brickipedia's set infobox has the ability to have colors assigned to it- these colors are applied when a theme has been entered into the infobox. Since this feature is relatively new, not all themes currently have colors assigned. This page is for nominating and voting on these color schemes. Renominations may also be made on this page, and will be successful if the vote count for the new theme is significantly higher than the original votes. However, the focus is currently on establishing a color for each theme.

Any renominations for articles should follow a similar syntax, however the title should indicate that this is a renomination, a link should be provided to the original colors, and an option to vote for keeping the current color scheme should also be present.

I extracted the color values directly from the picture via photoshop. So, this yellow is the actual yellow from the bricks (or at least a shade of it). While this would match the color scheme of the Aquanauts, it looks a bit off when used for other subthemes. --LegOtaku 07:02, 16 May 2009 (UTC)

I used the brighter color for the title, because I think it would be too distracting when used for the bulk of the infobox. The blue for the rest is a softened/subdued variant of a blue from the picture.
