Hey, I'm zaersk. A fairly new user. But I am skilled in a position of "moderator", as I used to to have websites/help websites as a moderator/staff. A moderator is a position of leadership- you have the power to kick a user, or not to. And most moderators may be lenient to certain actions some users do, not me.
