Emperor Chang Wu is an enemy of Johnny Thunder. He is similar to Chen from LEGO Indiana Jones. He wears black cape, and is guarded by Dragon Fortress Guards. He shot Jing Lee's father. Chang Wu and Sam Sinister team up and plan an evil scheme against Johnny Thunder and the adventurers to stop them and reterive the treasure of Marco Polo first.
