Emperor Chang Wu is an enemy of Johnny Thunder. He wears a black cape, and is guarded by Dragon Fortress Guards. He shot Jing Lee's father. Chang Wu and Sam Sinister team up and plan an evil scheme against Johnny Thunder and the adventurers to stop them and retrieve the treasure of Marco Polo first.

Chang Wu has a ponytail printed on the back of his head.
He has the same cape as the Vampire from Studios, the Vampire from Minifigures and Lord Vampyre.
