Lasher was the alias of Ramon Hernandez.
Background
The Lasher symbiote was one of five that the Life Foundation forcibly spawned from Venom. Planning on using the creatures as guards for their proposed utopian society, the Life Foundation had them bond with trustworthy employees. Ramon was picked from their security force to do so, but had trouble controlling the symbiote. Scream, in the midst of a panic attack, killed him. The symbiote survived and went on to form Hybrid along with three of the others.
