Flo, Ramone's wife, is a vehicle from the Cars theme. To date, she has only appeared in one set: 8487 Flo's V8 Café.
Backgorund
Flo is a protagonist from the Cars movie. She is married to Ramone, and runs a café. Before living in Radiator Springs, she was a dancer.
