Miles Axlerod is a Cars 2 vehicle introduced in 2011.
Background
Miles Axlerod is the main antagonist in Cars 2. He created a new fuel called Allinol, and the World Grand Prix. His goal was to make Allinol look bad, so that everyone would go back to using oil, which he and the Lemons had the biggest untouched oil reserve in the world. But he was found out by Mater, and was arrested.

-The Miles Axlerod in the movie has raised suspension, and is taller, rather than just looking like another "lemon" car. -Miles Axlerod would have matched the movie colour better had the designer used normal green.
