Background
Philip Swift is a young and stalwart missionary. He is one of many people who were involved in the quest for the Fountain of Youth. Not much is known about Philip's early life. At some point in his life, Philip became a missionary. He was later captured by Blackbeard and held captive aboard the Queen Anne's Revenge as a slave during the journey for the Fountain of Youth and was later freed by Jack Sparrow. At some point during the search, Philip falls deeply in love with a young mermaid named Syrena.

Philip Swift is a young missionary minifigure, taken prisoner and forced to join the dangerous quest to find the Fountain of Youth. As a kind and noble member of Blackbeard’s pirate crew, Philip follows his fellow adventurers to Whitecap Bay. He may lack the tough bricks of his new friends, but his good deeds and big plastic heart may be their key to finding the springs of eternity.
