RC is a toy car that appears in Toy Story. He once assisted in getting Buzz and Woody safely back to Andy and the other toys. He is not an actual minifigure, speaking in terms of size and the fact that he is made of normal System parts, some TECHNIC parts, and a new pullback motor peice hence the name. His name most likely stands for Radio Communications.
