Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is a theme officially released in 2013, although it was available in stores in some areas as early as December 7th 2012. It is based on the Nickelodeon TV show that premiered on September 29th, 2012(for US).
Contents
Background
The theme revolves around four Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, named Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael, Michelangelo; their Sensei, Splinter, and human friend April O'Neil. They fight against the Kraang, aliens from dimension X, and the villainous Shredder, leader of the Foot Clan.
Notes
- Although the theme was officially launched in January 2013, the sets have been available at Toys R Us, LEGOLAND, the LEGO Store and Shop At Home since at least December 7th, 2012 in U.S.A.
