The Hundred Year Moon is the seventh episode of Legends of Chima: The Animated Series.
Summary
The episode starts with Eglor looking through a telescope at the moon in the Eagle Spire. Once he sees the moon turning purple, he lets out a cry of shock.
The scene cuts to The Lion CHI Temple, where Eris and Eglor land their Eagle Interceptors and run up to talk to Laval and Lagravis about the Hundred Year Moon, a natural phenomena occurring about every 100 years. The Hundred Year moon, when full, apparently causes wolves to go crazy and unlocks their primal instinct, making them act like fierce, wild beasts. Eglor explains that the full moon will appear in 2 days.
The scene shifts to the wolf camp, where Worriz, Wilhurt, and other wolves are gorging on chicken legs. As the camera travels along the wolf camp, it stops on Wonald the wolf, who is happily chewing on an apple. Wilhurt makes a disgusted expression as Wonald munches on the apple. After both Willhurt and Worriz are in disgust about Wonald's eating habits, Winzar tells Worriz that someone is at the front gate wanting to talk about the hundred year moon.
Worriz then goes up to Laval and Eris, where Laval and Eris force him to tell other tribes about the moon and how wolves were going to go crazy. Just then, Windra appeared out of nowhere, driving the 70004 Wakz' Pack Tracker, going crazy while driving around and crashing into everything. After she is calmed down, Worriz orders the other wolves to grab her before she goes crazy again. Laval tell Worriz that he needs to warn the others about their rampage in the nihpght of the full moon.
In the next day, the wolves came on there vehicles to warn the others. Winzar to the Beavers, Wilhurt to the Rhinos (except that the Rhinos don't know what a moon is), Wakz to the Bears (he whispered into Bladvic's ear, causing him to panic and warn the others), and Worriz to the crocs. That gives Crooler the idea to Cragger that involves the Gorillas.
