Stories Wiki User Menu
- Hi, does this code help you out at all with the user menu? I just tried it on Bricki on my personal CSS and it seemed to work
#userinfo a{
background:red
}
#userinfo a:hover{
background:purple
}
- Obviously you'll need to change the actual colors :) NovaHawk 07:21, 29 September 2013 (EDT)
- Edit- just saw that doesn't get the border around the list items, sorry, and I'm not sure how to fix that. Anyway, hope that helped at least a little :S NovaHawk 07:29, 29 September 2013 (EDT)
I fixed the colours to what I'm assuming were what you wanted them to look like. You may need to bypass the browser's cache (directions on the CSS page), but it works fine. --ToaMeiko (talk) 11:41, 29 September 2013 (EDT)

Re: Meta Main Page
- That'll be good to get a logo in to see what it looks like :) I was thinking of having the logos on the page set to about 100px tall, and the width as whatever's needed, as long as it isn't too wide for a normal screen NovaHawk 18:10, 9 October 2013 (EDT)
- The new logo's looking great :) And thanks for fixing up the descriptions for LSW and the CUUSOO wiki, hopefully we can get the other logos up soon and start using it as the main page NovaHawk 19:31, 13 October 2013 (EDT)
"Garners"
Re http://meta.brickimedia.org/index.php?title=Main_Page&curid=1&diff=486&oldid=418, gain is a synonym to garner. I'm not sure why it needed changing. --ToaMeiko (talk) 14:49, 30 October 2013 (EDT)
- 'gains' didn't need changing in the first place. SirComputer (talk) 05:17, 31 October 2013 (EDT)
Re: CUUSOO Default Skin
I'd like Deepsea to be the default skin for CUUSOO please. =) Thanks! Codyn329 (talk) 22:58, 6 November 2013 (UTC)
Recent change to the interwiki table
(Interwiki table log); 13:45 . . SirComputer (Talk | contribs | block) added prefix "w" (http://en.wikipedia.com/wiki/$1) (trans: 0; local: 0) to the interwiki table (Wikipedia links)
You're going to want to be careful with interwiki links such as that, as Wikia's interwiki links are formatted like "w:c:lego:pagename", so adding that prefix is now going to change anything that was a red link that was imported to a wiki and make it send the visitors to a non-existent location on enwiki. --ToaMeiko (talk) 19:51, 3 December 2013 (UTC)
- enwiki already has a default spot on the interwiki table in all MediaWiki installs, so I don't see why you need to add a duplicate link. The prefix is
wikipedia:like it is on Wikia. --ToaMeiko (talk) 20:36, 3 December 2013 (UTC)- Sorry, it's hard to see - the list is jumbled with unnecessary links. SirComputer (talk) 20:49, 3 December 2013 (UTC)
Rules
Hey, can you show me where the rules for the Stories wiki are? I want to see if they've changed to be better.. ..and again, are stories other than Universe/Ninjago allowed yet? Will comics be allowed? --Knight
Mine is going to be Castle stuff, like I've said. Again, it will be comics.. I'll let you check them before I'm allowed to post them on the wiki, if you want to see if it's appropriate in your terms. Thanks! --Knight
MWC Documentation
Is there going to be a page for chat moderators, or is that going to redirect to MediaWikiChat? --{{SUBST::User:ErkelonJay/sig}} (talk) 18:59, 8 January 2014 (UTC)
Re: Barnstar
You happy :P
Sure thing. MsD (Talk) 14:46, 12 January 2014 (UTC)
More stories questions
I would like to know if these rules are still included: "Humans must be known as minifigures." "No using the word killed, only smashed." And worst of all "No using words that LMBW considers bad". If the rules are still included, can you at least make a vote for this on the Stories Wiki? These rules kind of irritate me, and many other users. Just trying to help! --Knight
For the bad word thing, just compare the chat censor lists.. And anyways, it can fit in with using humans. Depending on the stories.. My stories wouldn't need to use minifigures because they're very much based on LEGO themes, and would be comics using LDD images, so yeah. Oh, and I forgot to ask about the gore. Is a little bit of blood allowed? --Knight
