- “Ice gonna get you. Ice gonna get you good! And then ice gonna laugh.”
- ―Wyplash
Wyplash is a Ninjago skeleton villain. He has a skull similar to Nuckal, but has no eye-patch and wears a straw hat, the same hat that Sensei Wu and Frakjaw wear. According to the official Ninjago site, he has the ability to turn his head backwards. He seems to have gained this ability due to his extreme paranoia. He is general of Ice.

Background
While Wyplash does not appear in the first four episodes of Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu (TV series), the General of Ice deems himself the successor of Samukai and now leads the Skulkin Army, as seen in Secrets of the Blacksmith. Later, he meets up with Kruncha and Nuckal and hatches a plan to free more skeletons from the Underworld via an entrance through the Fire Temple, and build up the Skulkin forces. However, the plan goes awry when Kai and Nya trap the remaining undead (this including Wyplash) within the Underworld. It is unknown of what became of him after his imprisonment.
Notes
- On the preliminary box for 2506 Skeleton Monster Truck, Wyplash is called "Monster Truck Driver".
- He is the only Ninjago character who did not appear in LEGO Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu. However, he did appear in a mini movie.
- His armor is similar to the armor that Kruncha wears.
- In the online art (see below), his body has a blue cloth, when it should be white.
- In the online art below he is shown with Kruncha's armour.
- He appeared in the video game, LEGO Battles: Ninjago.
- On the side of his head, he has a worm coming out of his skull.
- Wyplash became the "King of the Underworld" after Samukai, and Kruncha and Nuckal were sent to Darkley's Boarding School for Bad Boys. [source?]
- His name is mistakenly spelled Whyplash in the mini movies.
- Despite being the "King of the Underworld", he does not appear in "All of Nothing".
- Wyplash and Samukai are the only skeletons that do not appear in the app Ninjago: Rise of the snakes.
- He has the same hat as Frakjaw and Sensei Wu.
