1392 Kongu was a small promotional BIONICLE set released in September 2001. It was available with a McDonald's Happy Meal. Later on in the BIONICLE series, Kongu became a Toa Inika and a Toa Mahri.

The set came with three lime green, one gray, one black, and three turquoise pieces. This includes the mask that is used to build the set, as well as a disk which would fly if you put it into the set's throwing hand, pulled it back, and released.

Kongu was released alongside with five other similar sets, which are 1388 Huki, 1389 Onepu, 1390 Maku, 1391 Jala, and 1393 Matoro.
He has the same mask as 8535 Lewa, but in turquoise.
