20009 AT-TE Walker is a LEGO Star Wars Mini set released in mid 2009 as part of the The Clone Wars line. It was a Brickmaster exclusive in July and August. It was also a buyable set for LEGO Club Magazine members only from the November 9 to the December 21, 2009. After that date, it was made available for the majority.
