2160 Crystal Scavenger is an Aquaraiders set that was released in 1997. It contains Scavenger Sam and 105 pieces making it the smallest Aquaraiders set.
Description[edit | edit source]
2160 Crystal Scavenger is a medium-sized Aquaraiders set. It has two compartments: a cockpit and a supply/minifigure holder. It has two drills and three propellers. The drills both spin. This is the smallest Aquaraiders set, but is it larger than many Aquazone sets. At the top is a control panel part. Like most Aquazone sets, it comes with a crystal. Its colour scheme is black, green, and trans neon green. The Crystal Scavenger has a hidden magnetic crystal storage container, containing a silver crystal. The back part of the ship carries a hand-held drill. Also on this ship are two diving Flippers.

The greedy Aquaraiders, not quite good or evil, harvest Silver Crystals, oblivious to the damage they are causing to the natural environment.
