2531 Rescue Chopper is a Town set that was released in 1998. It contained a rescue helicopter, a broken down dune buggy, plus 2 minifigures, a Rescueman, and a Civilian with a green U.S. Cap.

- This set was released also as a promotional in airports of different contries, including Austria. It was, however, also seen on Shop@Home.com.
- There is a crank on the side of the helicopter, which helps carry and move its net. This was made to carry the dune buggy around.
