2539 Batwing Flyer is a Fright Knights Shell promotional set that was released in 1998. The set contains 20 pieces to construct a flying machine and Basil the Bat Lord.

- Basil is equipped with a long silver sword and a staff with bat at its tip.
- A similar flying machine was featured in 2848 Fright Knights Flying Machine.
- The wings of the machine are large bat wings, which can also be found in several Dragon Masters and Ninja sets.
- This set is number 5 out of 10 in its series.
