376 House with Garden is a Town set released in 1978. It contains a house with two Minifigures.

The house contains a room with a sink, furniture and a TV (a 1 x 2 brick with a sticker). Outside there's a fireplace and lawn furniture. The design incorporates hinge bricks, so the house can be opened or closed.
